BUSINESS MANAGER - ITALY
|
|

|
PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITÀ
The Business Manager will have the responsibility of the daily management of all Company activities in Italy for the entire product portfolio. The Business Manager will report to the Sales Director, based in Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the relationships with the Company and the Sales Director
- Manage all national sales and marketing activities in collaboration with the Sales Director and Director of International Marketing.
- Responsible for forcasting, budeting and other financials.
- Manage all logistical issues.
- Manage current distribution partners and identify new distribution partners.
- Deliver constant updated input from the market in terms of competitor products and competitor activities.
- Responsible for meeting the agreed upon sales plan for Italy.
- Manage all relevant local and regional fairs and/or exhibitions.
- Marketing/business plan for the Company product portfolio in Italy.
- Weekly reporting to Sales Director.

PROFILO DEL CANDIDATO
- University degree
- Minimum 3 years of leadership of local/regional sales reps.
- Minimum 5 years sales experience from medical field within cardiology products. Alternatively experience with safety equipment and/or basic life support products.
- Proven sales results within medical or safety products field.
- Superb organizing talent to manage both multiple distributors in various channels as well as managing direct end users.
- Fluent in both Italian and English.
- Strong communication skills both internally and externally.
- In depth knowledge of the Italian marketplace and its differences from north/south.
- Self-motivated individual who is very proactive and independent.
- Must be capable of making fast decisions and managing constantly shifting priorities.
- Work efforts and work schedule have to be self-determined, hence the person has to be very self-driven.
- Initially 50-75% travel requirement both inside Italy and to US and Europe.
